...I like that I will not stand around and watch someone or something get hurt and not do anything about it. I witnessed 5 children being maliciously nasty to a young pigeon bird yesterday. I went out and gave them an earbashing, took the bird off them and then called the SPCA. I will never be someone who turns a blind eye, never.

I like that I can support and be there for my stepdaughter right now...who is so devastated right now because she just found out yesterday that her SOB husband is filing for divorce, and is trying to get her to do it "quietly," giving up a lot of her rights that she has as his long-suffering wife and mother of his kids...he doesn't want to pay child support, etc.  What a jerk...No reflection on you good guys out there, but this one's a piece of work, I'm telling you!!  So hubby and I will be paying a retainer to a really good lawyer for her and doing whatever else we can to keep her from getting screwed over!  He's NOT going to get off that easy!!!  That's what I like about me/us...we can help when we're called upon!!
